Who we are
KODiQ is a mobile learning app that teaches AI literacy and vibe-coding in plain language. This policy explains what data the app handles. You can use KODiQ as a guest, with no account — then your progress is stored only on your device.
KODiQ is operated by AIPILOT, TOO (BIN 220940029114), registered at Abay Avenue 115, Almaly district, Almaty, Kazakhstan — the controller responsible for your data.
What we collect
Account: your email (sign-in via a one-time code), or your name and email if you use Sign in with Apple or Google. With Apple you may hide your email.
Learning data: your progress — XP, gems, hearts, streak, and which lessons you completed.
Notifications: a device push token, only if you turn notifications on.
Diagnostics: anonymous crash and performance data, to keep the app stable.
Attribution: if you open the app from a referral link, the first-touch channel code.
How we use it
To provide and sync your learning across devices, send only the notifications you opted into, respond to support, and improve reliability. We do not sell your data, and the app shows no ads.
Who processes it
We use trusted processors strictly to run the service: Supabase (database, authentication, storage), Firebase Cloud Messaging (push), Sentry (crash diagnostics), Resend (email delivery), and Apple / Google (sign-in). They may process data only on our behalf.
Children
KODiQ is a general-audience educational app, written to be understood by a beginner of any age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children below the age set by local law without verifiable parental consent, and we never use data for advertising.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time — in the app (Settings → Delete account) or from the web at kodiq.ai/delete. Deletion is permanent and removes your progress, friends, rewards, push tokens and email preferences.
Your rights & security
You can access, correct, export or delete your data; where GDPR applies you may also object to processing. Data is encrypted in transit, and row-level security means each user can reach only their own records.
